What is ThetaHealing® ?
ThetaHealing® is a holistic therapy which works on thoughts, emotions and feelings by using a meditation technique to reach Theta brainwaves. It focuses on mind, body and soul as a whole. It was developed by Vianna Stibal in 1990s as a self healing technique. Since then, it has reached millions of people and created positive impact on people's health, relationships and finances, ThetaHealing® trains your brain to create empowering and constructive thoughts and feelings and to release the ones which don't serve you anymore.

What do you need to know about a ThetaHealing® session?
ThetaHealing® sessions are gentle conversations I would be having with you about your issue that you want to work on. Sometimes, you may not know what the issue is however may be feeling stuck and unhappy. It is OK. We work together to find the most important limiting belief that needs to be worked on and resolve that during our session.
The sessions usually take place over Skype. You need to make sure you are well hydrated, have your laptop/tablet as well as good internet connection and are in a quiet and undisturbed place. Some clients feel the need for a good rest after the sessions. It is better to plan the time of the session bearing that in mind.
You may experience various emotions such as excitement, sadness and anger during sessions however sessions always end with the feeling of relief, ease and calmness. Tangible benefits may happen immediately for some clients although majority of my clients experience tangible benefits within few weeks. The impact of ThetaHealing® sessions can be transformational. I have experienced this in my life and so have many others.
